Our salads are unusual combination of lentils, spices , locally available vegetables and fruits. Each salad is a complete meal rich in vitamins, protein and good fat. They are freshly made with the best of ingredients and lots of love.

Green bean sprouts, sweet potatoes, carrot and red pepper. Served with smoked paprika and cumin dressing and feta cheese on the side.

Quinoa with grilled courgette , carrot, peppers in garlic and ginger marinate . Served with mustard and honey dressing and feta cheese.

Chickpeas , green beans, cherry tomatoes and red onions combined with Indian spices. Served with sweet mango and lime dressing with fresh feta cheese on the side.
